"I can’t tell you how much stress was lifted when I called Margaret Hopkins at her State Farm Insurance Office across from Valley River in Eugene. Over the past few years, I’ve been frustrated with rate increases I’m the answers I was getting as to why from my previous agent. So I finally just decided to pick up the phone and call Margaret to ask what would it look like to get a quote? The whole process was so easy and Margaret explained everything in a way that I could understand!(this kind of stuff is not up my alley… But it certainly is Margaret’s alley!) She not only helped me, but she also helped my daughter and we will both be forever grateful that we picked up the phone and asked a simple question… we are now covered better than we were before and our policies are much more manageable. "I have had the most prompt, friendly, and understanding experiences keeping myself on track with insurance coverage and making timely payments with Amanda's help these past 3 or 4 years. Before choosing State Farm for auto insurance coverage, I didn't own a car, nor was I driving any other vehicle under someone else's policy for over 10 years. Familiarizing myself with all the little details that make driving the enjoyable privilege it is, took some time. With their dedication, patience, and understanding, Margaret Hopkins and her assistant, Amanda, have continued to light the way for me both on the road and electronically. Making payments on line has made being covered on the road a stress-free experience. Thank you, Amanda, for having such a positive, "no worries" attitude when some wrinkles needed ironing out. There are a lot of other companies advertising cheaper rates these days, almost condescending in their delivery, because who in their right mind would choose to pay higher rates? I've never looked into any other offers, nor will I. Maybe the rates are lower, but I gurentee you, they won't even come close to providing the kind of customer service State Farm does.
